Bug reports are always welcome.

Every bug report is a valuable contribution to making PME better. A single report can lead not only to a fix, but also to design improvements and help for other users.

The more information you provide to reproduce the issue, the easier it is to identify the cause and respond accurately.

What to Include

  • A brief summary of the issue

  • Steps to reproduce

  • Blender version

  • PME version

  • OS

  • PME setup JSON

  • System Console error output

  • Screenshots illustrating the issue

Report a Bug

Attachments

Please attach screenshots and small JSON files directly to your message whenever possible. For large files or videos, use a Google Drive or Dropbox sharing link. Avoid temporary file-sharing services or hard-to-access external hosting. Make sure sharing links are accessible without additional login.

These methods are not effective for support

The following methods make it difficult to gather the necessary information or have follow-up conversations, which slows down investigation.

  • Reporting bugs via social media

  • Reporting bugs in marketplace review sections

  • Reporting only through temporary file-sharing services or hard-to-access external hosting

These approaches often result in incomplete reproduction steps, JSON, or error output, making the resolution process longer than it needs to be. Please report bugs through the Blender Artists Forum or support email.
