I’m not too familiar with keymaps myself, but since that post says it’s a known Blender issue, could your problem be related to that and the earlier discussion in the thread?

James… We once received a similar report, but it seems the infection has progressed even further this time.
From the footage you provided, it appears that the wm.pme_user_pie_menu_call operator has been registered multiple times without any assigned parameters. Removing these so-called “empty” specimens should contain the outbreak.
