Anyone know how to fix broken keymaps from PME?

PME assigns a keymap in the Blender Keymap and even after completely removing or disabling it, after rebooting Blender it comes back. Which prevents me assigning something else to that mapping.

Similarly I’m unable to use a mapping that triggers when using the object specific context and a certain button on my mouse. For example when a light is selected and butoton4 is pressed, open the popup light panel. I’ve used this in my previous setup so I believe this is also getting “stuck” somewhere.

I’m using a fresh Blender install and a fresh keymap. This is coming from my imported PME config. I’ve also tried exporting only enabled menus. These PME items have been deleted in PME but persist somewhere…
