There might have been some misunderstanding, so let me clarify: my proposal is to use GitHub Pages, a service for publishing web pages, to create and share effective documentation.
First, I want to establish an environment where beginners can participate without confusion. By providing clear documentation and guides, we can build a foundation for the community to operate independently. Once this groundwork is in place, the next steps will naturally follow.
