Add TOP/BOTTOM alignment and vertical gap detection(c66e968, Refs #34)

AreaOps Refactor

Introduce AreaEnumHelper with static EnumProperty generators for dynamic ui_type handling and caching.
This allows PME-F to recognize and use third-party–added UI types as well. (8c8f775)
