Happy New Year @Pluglug and everyone else! Sorry, I deleted the post because I thought it fixed itself. But it turns out I just had an older version of Blender running and I was looking at a popped out console of that one not 4.3.x. Still have the same issue when using 4.3.2.

It repeats several times, which seems to be the number of toolbars that I have on my custom PME config.
