image819×596 161 KBI believe it’s not possible to achieve the styling you are looking for since the menu theme is determined by Blender’s settings. However, if you need some visual enhancements, I recommend enriching the custom icons. You know where the PME add-on folder is located, right? You can store and use images in the icons folder inside that folder. I have extracted image files from many add-ons I’ve purchased and placed them there (Note: Do not modify the default icons. I accidentally renamed one and crashed PME).
Furthermore, free icon sites for web development are recommended as sources for obtaining icons, such as icons8.com. For example, on this site, you can customize the provided icons to your liking by changing their colors and other properties.
