I was able to reproduce the same error.
I see, if you check the “Open on mouseover” checkbox when nesting a regular menu to another menu, it will not display correctly. I did not know that.

The Subtype in Property is garbled as well. However, since it is not a functional problem, the priority and urgency of fixing the bug seems to be low. It would be great if it could be fixed.

We can always read the PME source code, but as a practical matter, isn’t roaoao the only one who can fix the code directly?
If you want to contribute as a user, you could read Blender’s release notes and discuss the changes that seem to have affected PME.
