I was able to reproduce the same error.
I see, if you check the “Open on mouseover” checkbox when nesting a regular menu to another menu, it will not display correctly. I did not know that.
image855×612 54.7 KBThe Subtype in Property is garbled as well. However, since it is not a functional problem, the priority and urgency of fixing the bug seems to be low. It would be great if it could be fixed.

If you want to contribute as a user, you could read Blender’s release notes and discuss the changes that seem to have affected PME.
