I see no need to worry about it.
I know the creators of the Photographer Add-On have talked about it a few times.
Due to tax issues, it appears that creators are obligated to report their location to Blendermarket.
Photographer - Camera Exposure, White Balance, Autofocus, Physical Lights, Bokeh, Render Queue Released Scripts and Themes
Some important information for BlenderMarket customers: Photographer 4 won’t be available on BlenderMarket, until they set up a VAT solution for European businesses. If you already bought it, you can still receive support and updates on BlenderMarket. If you are interested in buying the add-on, please use Gumroad: https://chafouin.gumroad.com/l/HPrCY Little tip: if you bought the add-on on Gumroad and need support, simply reply to the receipt email you received after the transaction.
PME is not the only add-on that disappeared from blendermarket around the same time. Several products were missing from my blendermarket wishlist. And there were several add-ons that returned during the sale period.
