Oh yes, there is that issue. I have one hidden panel for each addon and I think I fixed by just adding them in the order they appear in the panel by default. I suppose Blender just draws them in the sequence it sees. I did mention its a lot of work 
.
They don’t seem to sort alphabetically on my end, just by the order they are added in hidden panel group.
For sure a one button solution to create a toggle/hide for the whole addon would be huge and would actually attract even more people to this product.
