I’d be up for a discord! Although I do agree that Discords are the main way in which information is lost on the internet these days.
A discord combined with a Github or Wiki to host people’s individual menus?
I’ve been thinking of using Notion as a wiki to share mine, something like this, with screenshots or gifs:
