Hi, me again, noob attack

I discover this wonderful addon and i’m asking some serious questions

Is it possible to get the whole tab in a new panel group ? For example create a new panel group with inside the whole Edit or View or … tab ?
How can I insert in a panel a checkbox when it is clicked popup a menu ? More explicit with a screen capture
Sometimes (often in truth) the panel does not display the added panel

To be more specific, I tried to deactivate the panel group, the addon, restarted blender but the panel does never appear
