hi metin,
yeah, i would like to prevent that browser window to pop up.
i’m using one of those “cheap” non-pro cintiqs in tablet mode … and everytime blender pops up a new window i have to make it use the right monitor again … stupid to explain but an annoying “feature”. 
anyway … i will just live with it or buy an intuos once wacom stops making the surface act like sand paper burning down the pen nibs
