Hi, roaoao.
Recently, using the shortcut “Vertical View Axis” that you told me before, I made a prototype of “View Orbit” that can be operated by RMB + Shift + Alt, but it was hard to adjust the angle of 3DView by pressing the middle mouse button many times.

The ideal movement for the 3DView operation you are trying to perform would be to have something that allows you to fine-tune the rotation of the 3DView while the rotational axis is snapped to the direction of the mouse movement and the numerical value is visible while pressing RMB + Shift + Alt.

How do you smoothly control the angle of a 3DView?
As a bonus, I will attach a trial Json file and a Gif to show you how to use it.
