about radius popup … i reverted to factory default setting of blender its a built in feature of blender
( not addon ) im using 2.81
i wonder why tilt function doesnt exist 
back to my problem
i finally able to dissect the 2 items as you mentioned i just need to import the files
thank you so much ( i hope you can add more json files that cant be strip from PME )
another question i like to make a custom preset value button for setting up edge crease & bevel weight like this shown in image
i tried the Debug mode but PME cant record the value
