i think re-last addon has that function
but be aware that it only works after you
[ Active Tool Rotate ] : choose axis + enter the value
[ Transform > Rotate Modal ] : Type Axis (X Y Z ) + Enter value

desired angle can be setup and hotkeys or mouse or with modifier
