Thanks roaoao here is the updated super properties panel replacement for anyone who wants to save screen space but still be able to have full control of properties panel under his mouse pointer or at the bottom bar.

This is how it works
Currently it has all properties panel for armatures, lights, fonts etc only leaving out speaker, but I haven’t ever used it but might add it later as well.
