Did Addon Tabs came up during the development of PME 1.14?
The add-on was developed about a year ago but Iām going to release a new version after Blender 2.79 release.

And what does it do? The description on the page is not very informative.
The add-on replaces default Add-ons tab in User Preferences with configurable tabs of add-ons and their preferences:
