TeaCrab:

In regular Blender UI panels, if a Bool property is connected with another, I can click on and drag my mouse across others to turn on/off multiple Bool properties at once.

Can it be possibly done when the property is inside a pie menu like the screenshot?

No, afaik it’s impossible in pie menus.
