For what it’s worth : the best would be to keep it very simple, since the un-narrated videos with music are somewhat frustrating to watch at the moment. It’s always best to clearly explain a concept first and then show it in action (or do both at the same time), as opposed to just showing the action as seen “over the shoulder”.
Also if you do end up relying on videos for documentation my advice would be to make sure to edit them after the fact so that they are as succinct as possible. Here are some excellent examples :
