It is possible to keep the size of the popup dialog menu (panel mode) when “auto close on mouse out” is enabled ? Enabling this option compress all my menu.

Unfortunately it’s impossible in the current version of Blender.
I’ll try to implement it for the next major (Blender 2.79) version.
