Veezen:

Addon is great but I have problem. I wanted to make something similar like on this video:

So I made Pie menu and added Pop-up dialog which have Modifiers panel, but everytime I want to change something in modifiers using my new Pie menu, it turns off every time I click or change something, it doesn’t work like on video above.

This behavior cannot be changed for pie menus, unfortunately.
If you want to keep Modifiers panel open you need to assign a hotkey to Pop-up dialog and use it in Panel mode.
